Four content streams publishing in parallel — leadership statements, national and religious observances, remembrance posts and chapter news — at national volume, in Urdu and English, with no let-up.

03 · Approach

A template per stream

Each stream gets its own frame. Statements are quote bands, remembrance is a portrait-and-dates grid, observances are calligraphy-led. The streams never borrow each other's layout.

Six colourways, one grid

The remembrance series runs green, blue, brown, maroon, cream and near-black on an identical grid — distinct posts that are obviously one series.

Statements as stacked bands

Three claims, three coloured bands, read top to bottom in a single scroll. Fast to produce under news pressure.

Counter-programme deliberately

The Youm-e-Haya post is purple precisely because the day it answers is red.

About this project

How do you publish at national volume without the work drifting?

By giving each content stream its own template. Statements are quote bands, remembrance is a portrait-and-dates grid, observances are calligraphy-led — and the streams never borrow each other's layout.

Six colourways on one grid — why not six designs?

Because a series has to be recognisable as a series. Identical structure with a different palette gives each post its own identity while making the set obviously one thing.
