01 · The brief

A national campaign with registration fees, prize tiers, a twelve-city schedule, a daily question series, a broadcast slot and a commemorative shield — fourteen genuinely different asset types, produced by volunteers over months.

02 · Constraints

  • 01Urdu as the primary language across almost every asset
  • 02Prices and deadlines that changed mid-campaign
  • 03Assets made by different hands at different times
  • 04One artwork going to an engraver, not a printer

03 · Approach

Decide the rules, not the posters

Green-and-gold, one dome-and-quill mark, fixed positions for the price, the date and the QR. Every one of the fourteen assets is produced against those rules.

Prices as tiles

Prize and fee information is always a stepped tile, never body copy. The 500K first prize sits higher than the 300K beside it, so the hierarchy is read before the numbers are.

The letter is artwork too

The president's official letter is typeset and bordered rather than word-processed, so a formal document still belongs to the campaign.

Vector for the engraver

The shield is drawn as clean curves on a keyline, because it goes to an engraving machine that cannot read a raster.

National Mohsin-e-Insaniyat Quiz Competition mark: a green dome and minaret above heavy gold QUIZ lettering with a quill forming the descender.
The campaign mark. Dome, quill and a gold QUIZ that survives being shrunk to a profile picture.
National Mohsin-e-Insaniyat Quiz Competition web cover: the campaign mark centred on a pale green field with a gold seal to the left.
Page cover. Built wide and kept almost empty so the mark is never cropped by an avatar.
Inaugural ceremony poster for the National Mohsin-e-Insaniyat Quiz Competition, showing the chaired-by portrait, the date 12 July 2026 and a Join Us Live strip of social handles.
Launch poster. Date block, chair, venue and the live-stream handles in one column.
National Mohsin-e-Insaniyat Quiz prize post showing three stepped tiles reading 300K, 500K and 200K Pakistani rupees for second, first and third prize.
Prize post. Tiles stepped so first prize reads first, even though it sits in the middle.
National Mohsin-e-Insaniyat Quiz Big Offer post in Urdu, announcing a discounted registration fee for institutions entering more than fifty students, with a QR code and prize tiles.
Institutional offer. Urdu body copy, a QR, and the prize ladder repeated as a footer.
National Mohsin-e-Insaniyat Quiz offer post showing the registration fee struck from 350 to 200 rupees in gold and red.
Limited fee offer. Strike-through carries the whole message.
National Mohsin-e-Insaniyat Quiz question post in Urdu, with a numbered four-option multiple-choice list in rounded green pills.
Daily question. Four pills, one rhythm, repeatable by a volunteer team.
National Mohsin-e-Insaniyat Quiz syllabus post showing the set book beside a gold band stating that sixty per cent of questions come from it.
Syllabus post. The book is photographed at an angle so it reads as an object, not a flat cover.
Official Urdu letter from the Central President of Islami Jamiat-e-Talaba Pakistan addressed to workers about the quiz campaign, set on a bordered blue and white page with a portrait in the header.
Official letter, typeset as artwork rather than a word-processed page.
Broadcast announcement post for the National Mohsin-e-Insaniyat Quiz, showing the Paigham TV logo, the guest's portrait and a 19 August, 9pm slot.
Broadcast slot. Channel logo given equal weight to the campaign mark.
National Mohsin-e-Insaniyat Quiz profile post with a participant's photograph inside a green ring above the campaign lettering.
Supporter profile frame. Drop in a photo, the ring and lockup stay fixed.
Artwork for the National Mohsin-e-Insaniyat Quiz commemorative shield: the dome and QUIZ lettering inside a thin green keyline on white.
Shield artwork. Drawn as vector because it goes to an engraver, not a printer.
National Mohsin-e-Insaniyat Quiz city schedule showing twelve Pakistani cities paired with dates and small landmark photographs in two columns.
City schedule. Twelve dates, twelve landmarks, one landscape frame.
National Mohsin-e-Insaniyat Quiz video message competition post listing the entry rules and three cash prizes of 7,000, 10,000 and 5,000 rupees.
Side competition. Rules as a checklist, prizes as the same stepped tiles used campaign-wide.

06 · Result

Fourteen asset types across twelve cities that still read as one campaign. Fee and prize changes dropped into existing frames rather than triggering redesigns.

About this project

How do you keep fourteen asset types looking like one campaign?

By deciding the rules before the first asset: one mark, one palette, and fixed positions for the price, the date and the QR. Everything afterwards is produced against those rules rather than designed from scratch.

The fee changed mid-campaign. Did that mean redesigning?

No. Prices live in a stepped tile that is part of the system, so a fee or prize change is a text edit inside an existing frame.
